By downloading, installing, or using StremoTV ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

StremoTV is a media player application designed for Android and Android TV devices. The Application allows users to play media streams from user-provided sources such as M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API credentials.

Important: StremoTV does NOT provide, host, distribute, or control any media content. We are solely a media player application. Users are entirely responsible for the content they access through their own playlists and credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the media content you access using StremoTV
• You must ensure that your use of third-party playlists and streams complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You must not use StremoTV to access unauthorized or illegal content
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Application without authorization

4. Content Disclaimer

StremoTV has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party media services or streams. We do not endorse or verify the legality of any content accessed through user-provided playlists.

5. Intellectual Property

The StremoTV application, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by StremoTV and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Subscription and Activation

• Premium features require activation through an authorized StremoTV reseller
• Activations are tied to specific devices and are non-transferable
• Subscription periods are calculated from the date of activation
• Refunds are handled at the discretion of your reseller
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms

7. Reseller Terms

• Resellers are independent partners and not employees or agents of StremoTV
• Resellers must comply with all applicable laws when selling subscriptions
• Resellers are responsible for their own customer support and billing
• StremoTV reserves the right to suspend reseller accounts for policy violations
• Credit purchases are non-refundable except at the discretion of StremoTV

8. Limitation of Liability

StremoTV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Application.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Application at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
