Refund Policy

1. Overview

StremoTV is a media player application. When you purchase a license through our website, you are buying a time-based software license that unlocks premium features of the StremoTV application. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for those purchases.

2. Merchant of Record

Our online payments and order processing are handled by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited). When you buy a license through our website, Paddle is the seller of record and processes your payment, billing, and refunds in accordance with this policy and Paddle's own buyer terms.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

  • The application does not function as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue; or
  • You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same license; or
  • You purchased the license by mistake and have not used it to activate a device.

4. When a Refund May Be Declined

Because a license unlocks digital software immediately, a refund may be partially or fully declined when:

  • The 14-day window has passed;
  • The license has been actively used for a significant portion of its term;
  • The request relates to third-party media content, playlists, or streams that you supplied yourself — StremoTV is only a media player and does not provide, host, or control any media content;
  • The request results from a violation of our Terms of Service.

All requests are reviewed individually and fairly. We may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request based on the circumstances.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order ID or the email address used at checkout. You may also reply to the Paddle receipt email you received, or request a refund directly through Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the purchase.

7. Reseller Activations

If your StremoTV device was activated by an independent reseller rather than purchased directly through this website, that transaction is between you and the reseller. Refunds for reseller activations are handled by the reseller under their own terms, and are not processed by Paddle or covered by this policy.
